As a globally-minded business leader, he has over 10 years of extensive experience in the healthcare & insurance business with a strong focus on innovation, global partnerships, business development, strategy implementation, M&A, and operational excellence.
He adds value to the organization by solving complex issues and transforming the insurance universe. He does this by leveraging his experience in healthcare, business advisory, and insurance industries, strengths in analytical and strategic thinking, and leaning on his extensive network in the business community.
He is leading initiatives to discover new business opportunities and develop new markets for Telemedi and built successful partnerships worldwide. Paweł is passionate about mountains, HC16 sailing, modern art, and martial arts. He is a qualified paramedic.

Timm is an international sales and marketing expert who has been connecting brands, products & people through technology for more than a decade.
He has served multinational brands such as EA SPORTS, LG ELECTRONICS, LG MOBILE, and XL ENERGY in various international sales & marketing roles. Since 2010 he’s holding leadership roles in B2B SaaS companies such as BrandMaker.com, MRMcentral.com, and Publitas.com.
Business Development Director Telemedi Spain
Dedicated manager with extensive business development experience. Developed leadership and communication skills throughout a 14-years career in the insurance industry in Spain.
As a Project Manager and Client Director for ReMark International (part of Scor global life group, 4th largest reinsurer globally) and Global Business Support Unit Director, he focused on building relations with the clients and successfully encourage all sales team members to take this approach. He has experience in utility analysis capabilities to improve efficiency and profits, as well as identify areas that can be improved.
He joined Telemedi as a Business Development Director to identify new business opportunities and workable strategies, support B2B Spanish customers and help them maximize USP, create more touchpoints, build loyalty, and widespread value for their customers.

Since 2017 Monika has been using her creative vision and excellent insight into company management to enhance company performance. Upon taking over the COO, she as tasted with the major overhaul of the company.
She took over multiple projects at once to identify, analyze and improve all existing processes & procedures in order to optimize operational excellence, performance, meet best standards, enhance quality and user service for all B2B and B2C customers, including business partners, doctors, and patients.
She has extensive experience in managing teams that have been built from scratch. Today she is responsible for managing all Telemedi operational and customer care teams.

Klaudyna has professional experience and knowledge of assistance services and the insurance industry. She is an expert in customer service, call centers, network management and has extensive experience improving processes, standards, quality, and Customer Experience.
Klaudyna has worked for almost 13 years in companies such as AXA Partners and Europ Assistance, always holding leadership positions.
Head of Marketing
Bartek has six years of experience in the communication industry, from working on the client’s side in a startup through a joint-stock company to experience in managing international projects in the largest agencies – Ogilvy and Dentsu Aegis.
For three years, he has been working at MSL as Head of Digital, responsible for online brand communication.
